This little thing is awesome. It holds 800 ml of milk and started but the saying big things come on small packages. After several failed attempts in an instant pot and crock pot, this little guy made soy yogurt overnight. This is the best $7.49 i have ever spent on anything from aliexpress. This thing will pay for itself after only a few uses because in my country, vegan soy yogurt only comes in tiny 150 g containers and costs about $1.50 each. I can now make 800 ml whenever i want and i can make whatever flavors i want. I beyond excited ☺️ While the instruction booklet it came with is horribly written, the ai manual that was available after i bought it was easy to understand. And it was super simple to make soy milk yogurt, i took 80 g of a store bought bio unflavored yogurt added 800ml of plain no sugar added soy milk and a dash of maple syrup, plugged it in and viola 12 hours later perfect soy yogurt even the same consistency as the store bought yogurt.

It works correctly. There are people who say it doesn't work. But it does work. I have used whole milk at room temperature, 24 ° and half yogurt from the La Lechera brand. I added half a yogurt to the steel container and then added 500 or 600 ml of milk. I have covered the container well. And I have left it for 9 hours without touching, opening, or moving. The result has been a perfect yogurt. Jars from the La Lechera brand can also be used if properly capped. I have used transparent film to prevent air from entering. It is an anaerobic fermentation.

First, you should sanitize the containers and then add boiled or unboiled milk. It can be whole or skimmed, and you can add 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt or the probiotic to ferment dairy products. Turn it on and leave for 12 hours. You can choose to do it overnight so you don't have to wait anxiously, and that's it.

Fast delivery, works so well I tried making yogurt using hot milk and later making another one using cold milk and it all worked....took 9 -12 hours to thicken Highly recommend

I have made Greek yogurt with fruits and they turned out very well. An important thing is that you can put the entire container in the refrigerator. I used fresh milk and cream. I add the fruit when the yogurt is already made. I suggest not using individual containers; I put the container in the fridge and use a separate glass to fill it for consumption that day.

Does what it promises. Perfect yogurt. There is no power button: plug it in and it starts. The longer it stays on, the denser the yogurt. Not tested for rice wine and tampe.

It's better than I thought and I'm using it well. It's not bad, but the capacity is a bit small so it doesn't fit all 1 liter of milk.
